Oregon- Aged for an average of eight years and then bottled in small batches. Smooth but with heat and butterscotch and oak flavors. Surprisingly mellow finish given the high proof. Small quantities produced each year.
Nose: Vanilla pod, freshly cut wood, hay and cantaloupe.
Palate: Brown sugar and cinnamon, with hints of cooked apple underneath.
Finish: A lingering warmth of clove and sawdust.
