Winemaking
Criaderas and solera system, traditional method involving rows of casks of American oak under a clear layer of yeast know as the “Velo de flor”. After it is lightly sweetened with concentrated must. It is a pale sweet wine, which preserves the color and freshness of the Fino with a gentle sweetness that combines beautifully together.
Aging
Our Alvear Pale Cream is aged in a biological way under a clear layer that the yeast creates on top of the wine, known as the velo de flor, that prevents the wine from oxidation and gives it its characteristic aroma and flavor. Aging at least 2 years
Comments
Gold in color with a delicate and flowery aroma. It is a lightly sweetened Fino with a medium-sweet flavor.

You can only return an item when it's unopened and in the same condition as when you first received it. The item should be in its original packaging.
