- Aged 10-12 months in 20-hectoliter Slavonian and Allier oak barrels, 5-hectoliter tonneaux, and third passage barrique before resting in bottle prior to release 95% Sangiovese is supported by its traditional partners, Colorino and Canaiolo. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel with the temperature controlled to retain freshness. Once pressed, the wine is raised in a range of more or less neutral barrels, from 2000-litre Slavonian casks right down to third-use barriques. This aging builds deep complexity without imparting obvious oak characteristics. R&R

Returns
Stock is dynamic. It is not managed entirely by us, since we're involved with several entities, including the factory and the storage. The levels of stock can change at any time. Be aware that it is possible that your order could be out of stock after you have placed the order.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If you haven't received your product within 30 days, we're unable to offer either a return or exchange.
You can only return an item when it's unopened and in the same condition as when you first received it. The item should be in its original packaging.
