Arista Winery was founded by the McWilliams family in 2002 with a mission to create the most elegant expression of Russian River Valley Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. We do not attempt to manipulate our vineyard sites but instead strive to preserve each vineyard’s natural qualities.

Due to our longstanding partnership with UPS FedEx DHL, and other major global carriers, we can provide various shipping options. Our warehouse staff are highly trained to pack your goods precisely according to the specifications we provide. Your items are carefully inspected and securely secured prior to shipment. We deliver to thousands of customers every day from all over the world. This is a sign of our dedication to being the biggest online retailer in the world. Both Europe and the USA have distribution and warehouse centers.
Orders that contain more than one item are assigned processing times for each item.
Prior to shipment, we examine the items ordered carefully before shipping. Today, most orders will be delivered within 48 hours. The time to deliver varies from 3-7 days.
Returns
Stock is dynamic. It is not managed entirely by us, since we're involved with several entities, including the factory and the storage. The levels of stock can change at any time. Be aware that it is possible that your order could be out of stock after you have placed the order.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If you haven't received your product within 30 days, we're unable to offer either a return or exchange.
You can only return an item when it's unopened and in the same condition as when you first received it. The item should be in its original packaging.
