Elegant vintage sparking wine made from grapes grown in four Grand cru vineyards around the town of Oger. This is the first mono-village wine produced by Pertois Moriset, their intention being to continue this line and create four more wines, each from a different village of the Côte des Blancs. Traditional method. Extra Brut. 12.5% vol.
Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay
Winemaking: Fermented in stainless steel tanks (80%) & French oak barrels (20%). Malolactic fermentation blocked. More than three years aging on its lees. Dosage = 2 gr. residual sugar.
