Naturale Vermouth Rosso is the first natural red vermouth from organic Nero d’Avola grapes, vinified with natural methods, spontaneous fermentation on the skins and indigenous yeasts. The grapes used come from a calcareous and siliceous soil, interspersed with layers of fresh and compact clay, as well as calcareous tuffs. Excellent to drink neat as an aperitif or after dinner, and for making new drinks or for a qualitative leap in classic cocktails.
