After such a difficult 2020, many of us wine producers were chomping at the bit to get Harvest 2021 underway and lock in what had been a beautiful growing season before any fire-related disasters struck. Our Sauvignon Blanc blocks planted on ancient creek-beds and growing with an almost feral unruliness take a while to harvest, so we started there in the third week of August. Our readiness was rewarded, resulting in a focused, refreshing wine with intense natural acidity. Made in a clean, crisp style to highlight the flavors of our property, the nose shows generous lemon peel, just-ripe Asian pear, lemongrass and a subtle herbal element of cut orchard-grass and wild thyme. Rich, lemon-oil acidity carries the palate, with mineral accents of oyster shell before a quenching, pure finish. GH

Returns
Stock is dynamic. It is not managed entirely by us, since we're involved with several entities, including the factory and the storage. The levels of stock can change at any time. Be aware that it is possible that your order could be out of stock after you have placed the order.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If you haven't received your product within 30 days, we're unable to offer either a return or exchange.
You can only return an item when it's unopened and in the same condition as when you first received it. The item should be in its original packaging.
